FEELING LEFT OUT? 

Looking for a special color of shirt? Or maybe you want a particular design in a color we aren't offering? Get in touch with us to discuss your request and we'll see what we can do. We have full design customization abilities and...we're pretty good at making things happen!

 

WASHING & CARE 

We meticulously hand-picked every garment we offer on huxleyshirtco.com for comfort, fit, quality and longevity. However, we truly believe that if you give your favorite shirt some extra love, it will last a lifetime. 

So, we highly recommend turning your item inside out to protect the design from the rigors of the wash cycle. Also, of course, follow all instructions listed on the care tag when refreshing your Huxley duds!

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

To ensure you receive the "freshest" possible gear, we create your item(s) "on-site" after your order is placed. With that said, please allow 3 business days for processing & creation of your apparel. Once processed, standard shipping for orders in the continental United States takes 1-7 business days depending on your location. These orders are shipped USPS via First Class mail or Priority Mail.

Orders shipped with a FREE SHIPPING discount or promotion are sent USPS First Class mailing.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not ship outside of the continental United States, however we will do everything possible to offer this service in the near future.

 

EXCHANGES

Should you find your Huxley Shirt Co. apparel is not fitting how you like or if you would like a different color or style we will be happy to exchange it out for you. The only requirement is your exchange must be completed within 30 days of purchase and be in new unworn/unwashed condition.

RETURN POLICY

In the rare case that your garment does not perform to the best of its ability, you can return it to Huxley Shirt Co. for an exchange or full refund. To do so, please email us a clear digital photo of the issue along with your order number, name, and phone number to support@huxleyshirtco.com. Upon receipt, we will review and if a valid claim, we'll send you out a new item free of charge or refund the cost of the item(s) minus shipping. The return must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
